In 1946 Fred Johansen and Harold Anderson formed a partnership to sell and
service heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in Joliet and
surrounding communities. Through their leadership and determination to provide
consumers with the best equipment and service, Johansen & Anderson’s
volume of business grew just as their satisfied customer list grew.
In 1980, Johansen & Anderson Inc. became an employee owned business.
